Firstly, What is a system ?? A system is generally defined as the laws and rules that govern the society.
According to dictionary.com:
A coordinated body of methods or a scheme or plan of procedure; organizational scheme: a system of government.

Now, that’s what a system is, rules and laws governing a country, which allow the functioning of a country. Usually there is no specific defect in the system of any country, but the flaw is in its execution and the way it is functioned, this in turn has a diverse effect, which portrays the system wrong and flawed, which is not actually the reality.

Same case is with India, most people have a common feeling that there is defect the system and the whole system needs to change. But in turn we can get success, instead of changing the entire system, which is next to impossible, but to have change in the functioning and execution of this system, which is possible and the best way to achieve the heights that an Indian aspires for India, to reach the top.

Change in the execution is similar to making the system systematic or organized. This can be achieved if some simple and basic steps are followed, which will turn to be useful for the country and its citizens. The execution of any law is the responsibility of civil workers or the public workers, executive at any post and power. They are the one who portray a nation’s laws and their implementation.

Striking out Corruption

Corruption is rust that destroys the whole system internally as well as externally. Do you know which is the least corrupt country? Maybe US in your minds, but Denmark ranks as the least corrupt country, whereas India ranks at 22nd position for the most corrupt countries or 83rd in least corrupt countries, it’s far ahead of being called as an honest country. So, that’s what makes the system weak, corruption. In India, nowadays corruption has become very common; it ‘s in every governmental department in form or the other.

It is the main problem of any country, and in India, we have corrupt ministers, corrupt civil workers who work for only money and seek for chances were they could get huge lump sum from citizens. And we as citizens have to suffer this corruption and its effects. It not only slows down development but also but also weakens the confidence of people over its government. It weakens the nation, as rust weakens iron, as a disease weakens any person, as a pest weakens its host.
But who is to be held responsible for Corruption??

Only these corrupt people? No the government is also equally responsible for corruption. The main reasons for corruption are lack of services and facilities, poor working conditions, poor pays. At individual level, corruption is due to lack of dedication of workers and ministers towards nation and the citizens, desire for comfort and leisure without any effort and endeavor, ideology and obsession of money making.

So this way corruption is because of the government as well as the workers and ministers, who both contribute towards corruption and weaken the system of a nation. Taking money is just one form of corruption that is the most common, but we have many faces of corruption which is observed in India and Indian services.

Corruption is the biggest hindrance towards development, and corruption in government offices is very common. Ministers and workers eat up all the money issued for development and get richer and richer, whereas the citizens continue to suffer even more.

This was all what and how corruption affects our country, but how can it be stopped and put an end?
The only way, it can be fought is by strong and strict judiciary to work against the corruption. Law systems that can put end and punish these vectors of corruption. But it has been observed that our highly honored judiciary is also corrupt.

What? How can judiciary be corrupt because it is independent of government?
But that’s what reality is. Judiciary is not corrupt because of services of government; it is growing and emerging as corrupt because of the law executives and personnel. Lawyers, honorable judges are also emerging as corrupt, now if the judiciary and is growing corrupt, what can an innocent citizen expect? What can help him now? But our Judiciary isn’t weak, it can wipe out corruption but that will be as slow as a snail.

So, corruption is the evil that makes the system distorted, which portrays the lack and efficiency of a system but it’s a malfunction, which wraps itself over the whole system and only leads a country to regress and retreat.

But as we say, every night leads to a day; there is brightness after darkness. So, that’s what we can expect, a revolution which can erase the corruption.

Revolution! But how??

Revolution, ok, but who will lead to this revolution that can wipe out corruption, and make India a developed and a superpower nation?
Its our youth, that youth which as an innocent citizen had suffered this corruption, and who else can understand better than one who has seen, observed and suffered corruption effecting lives. This dedicated youth who is the foremost enemy of corruption has the ability to turn the system systematic and achieve the proper way that laws should be executed and functioned, so that it makes no passage for the evil corruption to hijack the system and affect lives of billions.

As a high school student, I believe, that it’s the youth, its “we” who can change the face of our country, lead to evolution and development so that we can see, India standing with the developed nations and getting even ahead then them.
