Manufacturing products and selling it to the people who are in need is as old as first few civilizations of the world. No, I am not listing such old products but some 200 years old brands and companies which have affected almost everyone in some or the other way.

Talking about India which is world’s one of the biggest consumer market, I tried listing top 100 all time favorite brands and products with some very little details. The rating from 1-100 is completely my own opinion.

Among all 100 top some brands became so popular that they used the generic name for the other same products but from different companies.

1. Colgate(Toothpaste) :- Founder: William Colgate; Company: Colgate-Palmolive; First Toothpaste in the year 1873

2. Surf (Detergents) :- Product of Unilever, Surf Detergent first introduced in the year 1950.

3. Dalda (Vanaspati Oil) :- Founder: Dada& Co.; Presently owned by Bunge Limited.

4. Tata (Tata Group) :- Founder: Jamshedji Tata; Joined his father’s firm in the year 1858

5. Nirma (Detergent) :- Founder:- Karsanbhai Patel; Started selling In 1969.

6. Lifebuoy (Toilet Soap) :- Originally marketed by Lever Brothers in 1895. produced by Unilever

7. Bata Shoes: - Founder: Tomas Bata in 1894.

8. Bajaj Motors :- Founder: M/s Bachraj Trading Corporation Private Limited, in the year 1945.

Economically world is on a sinking ship, everywhere there is panic, doubts, worries, hopes and breaking of big dreams. Bankruptcy, suicides, unemployment and fear is gripping minds. In this economical turmoil 1000s of employees from many MNC and aviation companies of India are sacked from their job which was under probation period. Politicians don’t leave this golden chance to make their bread; media gets a new “Breaking News” on these sacked employees.

I don’t know where this economical hurricane will go but what if it is going to leave more bad news than ever?

But that is not the end of life and hopes. Firstly, What is a system ?? A system is generally defined as the laws and rules that govern the society.
According to dictionary.com:
A coordinated body of methods or a scheme or plan of procedure; organizational scheme: a system of government.

Now, that’s what a system is, rules and laws governing a country, which allow the functioning of a country. Usually there is no specific defect in the system of any country, but the flaw is in its execution and the way it is functioned, this in turn has a diverse effect, which portrays the system wrong and flawed, which is not actually the reality.

Same case is with India, most people have a common feeling that there is defect the system and the whole system needs to change. But in turn we can get success, instead of changing the entire system, which is next to impossible, but to have change in the functioning and execution of this system, which is possible and the best way to achieve the heights that an Indian aspires for India, to reach the top.

Change in the execution is similar to making the system systematic or organized. This can be achieved if some simple and basic steps are followed, which will turn to be useful for the country and its citizens. The execution of any law is the responsibility of civil workers or the public workers, executive at any post and power. They are the one who portray a nation’s laws and their implementation.

Striking out Corruption

Corruption is rust that destroys the whole system internally as well as externally. Do you know which is the least corrupt country? Maybe US in your minds, but Denmark ranks as the least corrupt country, whereas India ranks at 22nd position for the most corrupt countries or 83rd in least corrupt countries, it’s far ahead of being called as an honest country. So, that’s what makes the system weak, corruption. In India, nowadays corruption has become very common; it ‘s in every governmental department in form or the other.

“Nobel Prize” is regarded as the most highly acclaimed and the most prosperous and prestigious award or recognition that a person can get. It is spread in five fields – Physics, Chemistry, Peace and Physiology or Medicine and Prize in Economics and is the cause of will of Mr. Alfred Nobel. The first prize was honored in 1969.

This was a brief description about the Noble prize. Our India currently has a toll of 8 noble prizes since the first in 1902 and the last in 1998. With a population of over a billion, we have only 8 noble laureates! With such a large talented youth we have only 8 noble laureates! After having a look at the Noble prize toll of countries like USA, UK, France, Germany, Switzerland etc. we feel very small among these nations. We say that we have a very talented youth, highly achieved people, so what’s the disparity then? Why and where are we lacking behind?
There are many factors and reasons which contribute to this outcome of lacking behind.

• Lack of Efforts:

Not just the system but also the Indian youth is to be blamed and held responsible for this. Nowadays, most people as well as our youth has an ideology of making money, getting rich, spending a comfortable life. This ideology is making us lack behind. We do not urge and wish really to go in extensive research and studies and devote whole life to sciences or serving worlds. We in fact use short cuts i.e. making money and getting instant fame.
